Allie's expertise covers a wide range of topics allowing her to conveniently support you in multiple different ways, opposed to needing every kind of individual doula/consultant/etc.

Allie specializes in supporting infant and early childhood mental health and perinatal mental health across areas including prenatal and postpartum care, attachment and bonding, development, sleep and wellbeing, behaviour, perinatal/parental mental health, parenting, family transitions and dynamics.

Allie recognizes that families and children rarely fit into neat ‘boxes’ and her goal is to find what works specifically for your child and family in this moment, and into the future. Her support is always attachment focused and trauma informed. Never any judgement or “one size fits all”
